Dr. Susan Macchia is an experienced educational leader with a passion for expanding learning opportunities and supporting students through innovative educational pathways. With expertise in instructional leadership, virtual learning, and program development, she is committed to helping students thrive while partnering with families to foster meaningful academic growth.
Throughout her career, Dr. Macchia has championed instructional excellence, professional learning, and systems that empower both educators and students. She values collaboration, innovation, and creating student-centered learning environments where every learner is equipped for success.
Dr. Macchia earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Florida, a Master of Education in Instructional Design from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from SUNY Buffalo. Grounded in her faith in Christ, she is honored to serve the First Baptist Academy community, helping students grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
