Mrs. Rose is a dedicated educational leader with over 23 years of faithful service to First Baptist Academy. She brings a deep commitment to Christian education and a passion for cultivating a culture grounded in a Biblical worldview.
With experience spanning every division of the school, including her most recent role as Middle School Principal, she has demonstrated strong instructional leadership, a focus on academic excellence, and a heart for developing both students and faculty.
A Naples native and proud parent of two FBA graduates, Mrs. Rose is deeply connected to the school community she serves. She is committed to fostering an environment where students thrive, educators are supported, and the mission of First Baptist Academy is advanced with purpose and intentionality.
