At First Baptist Academy we value our relationships with our families. To streamline and ease the annual re-enrollment process for our returning families, the Academy transitioned to a Continuous Enrollment Admissions model last year. Continuous Enrollment automatically re-enrolls each student annually, unless otherwise withdrawn by the parent/guardian or upon graduation from grade 12.
Returning Families for the 2020-2021 Academic Year
Currently enrolled (19-20), returning FBA families (in good standing) do not need to complete an application or enrollment form for the 20-21 Academic year. In appreciation of your family’s commitment to FBA, we are reducing the continuous enrollment fee (“CE Fee”) to $175 per child (20-21 Tuition & Fees).
On March 2, returning families will receive (by email) their 20-21 tuition payment schedule, including the CE Fee. The CE Fee will be deducted on March 31, ensuring your student’s seat for the next year.
Changes to Tuition Payment Plan or Demographic Information
If any demographic information has changed (ie: phone number, address, medical information, etc.), please update the information within your Family Portal.
All families will be required to have a FACTS Management account, whether paying tuition in-full or by payment plan. If changes need to be made to the payment plan selections, please contact the Business Office directly by February 28, 2020. If no changes are made before February 28, the tuition payment plan will default to the previous year’s selection.
Financial Aid Information
Students K4 - 12 are eligible to apply for Financial Aid. Financial Aid is need-based tuition assistance. Apply through FACTS Grant & Aid. Returning families may apply January 6 - 31 (the application must be completed by January 31). Returning families may still apply after January 31, however, decisions will not be guaranteed by February 28.
Families are encouraged to apply for the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship through Step Up. This scholarship is need based.
Withdraw Information for the 2020-2021 Academic Year
Currently enrolled (19-20), FBA families who do not plan on their student returning to FBA for the successive school year, must complete the opt-out form for each child. The last day to complete the opt-out form and not incur a penalty is February 28, 2020 by midnight.

If families withdraw, and later decide to return to FBA for the next Academic Year, they will be required to make application as a new family.
